I am going to make hard candy this week, adapted from a caramel apple lollipop recipe.
I’m getting a little nervous because I’m scared that my expert won’t respond to me in time. I also still want to retry making chocolate and I have to make a presentation. I feel a little behind. This has made me more aware about time management. I’ll try harder to keep a schedule.
