For this first week, I’ll just be researching recipes for candy making. I think I will attempt to make chocolate over the spring break. Some people I know are going to say “Oh! Chocolate isn’t candy!” I will respect that opinion, but in this case it does count.
A problem I feel I will encounter is the chocolate melting at room temperature, so the chocolate will likely stay in the fridge.
